More detail on this person: James A Quinlan Retired from the US Army Field Artillery. Served in Vietnam. Married Nettie H (born May 6, 1929), on Feb 27, 1955. After retirement, worked on post for the SED, FSSE, contractor Telos Federal Systems, as Deputy Project Manager, for 20 years. Great friend, co-worker, boss, father, husband, and grandfather. He is truly missed by all that knew him.
