More detail on this person: Gary J Reed, 58 OBITUARIES St. Petersburg Times (FL) - Wednesday, July 2, 1997 REED, GARY J., 58, of Tarpon Springs, died Saturday (June 28, 1997) at VA Medical Center at Bay Pines. He was born in Bay City, Mich., and came here in 1995 from Palmetto. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War, and a member of Sgt. John M. Schneider VFW Post 10757, Tarpon Springs. Survivors include his mother, Marion, Essexville, Mich.; and a brother, Tyrone, Fort Worth, Texas. Thomas B. Dobies Funeral Home/Tarpon Avenue Chapel, Tarpon Springs.
