More detail on this person: Marvin Luther Reynolds Marvin Luther Reynolds, age 56, passed away at his home, after a short battle with cancer on March 7th 2004. He was born on August 27, 1947in Greenville, Mercer County, PA to Alice and Wilburn Reynolds. He grew up in North Salem, Indiana. Served in the U.S. Army as a helicopter pilot for 23 years and completed two tours in Vietnam. Marvin retired from the U.S. Army as a Chief Master Warrant. Following his retirement, Marvin was employed with Chatham county and The City of Savannah, as a Fire Inspector. He was a member of Southside Assembly of God, and a past member of Memorial Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Donna Glass Reynolds, of Savannah GA., his son Tony Reynolds of Savannah GA, and his daughter Dee Ann Reynolds Daniel of Arlington, TX; he also leaves his legacy through his 4 grandchildren, Kali and Makenzie Daniel, Rachael and Christian Reynolds; also he is survived by his three brothers, Wayne, Ken, Darryl Reynolds; a sister, LaVonne Griggs from Indiana and Illinois. Visitation: 6:00-8:00 pm Thursday at the Hubert C Baker Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday at Southside Assembly of God, 401 Tibet Ave. with Pastor Jack Moon officiating.
