More detail on this person: Russell L. Ratliff age 45 born 5-22-46 died 6-3-91 in Pine Bluff, AR from an Automobile accident.

Russell and I were roomates in Viet Nam. He did a 2nd tour but I don't know who with. He was a Captain when he got out.

Survivors: 3 brothers (Joe, Richard, and Wayne all from Pine Bluff); 2 sisters (Marilyn Jameson, Little Rock, and Cheryl Ratliff, Shreveport.
