Reeves, born in Sparta, NC on June 16, 1932, passed away on Feb. 16, 2010 in Tacoma, WA. Gale retired after 23 years of dedicated service to his country as a Lt. Col. in the United States Army. He was also a member of the McChord Whispering Firs Golf Club. Survivors include special companion Ann Marie Jeffares of Lakewood, WA; sons Steve Reeves of Tacoma, Thomas Reeves of Eugene, OR and Rick Reeves of TN; sisters Lois Landreth of Sparta, NC and Ann Sexton of Winston Salem, NC; 3 grandchildren. No public services will be held.
