More detail on this person: Dale Norman Andrew Russell Cycle crash fatal to man, 39 EUGENE - Dale Norman Andrew Russell, 39, Eugene, died in Sacred Heart Hospital Tuesday night from head injuries received in a motorcycle accident that occurred earlier in the evening on Barger Drive west of the Eugene city limits, the Lane County sheriff's office reported. Officers said Russell was passing another vehicle when he lost control.
