More detail on this person: Killed in a one car accident after completing flight school and before going to Vietnam. My brother, W01 Carlton M. Stanislawski, was never in VietNam. He was scheduled to go in November of 1969, but got some kind of deferment to change his departure date to Jan. or Feb. of 1970.

He was killed in a one car accident in Bluffton, South Carolina on Dec. 24, 1969. His stepfather was a Marine, his natural father was in the Navy. His step-father was the one who raised him. He was a helicopter pilot, but never got to use the skills he had learned.
