Mr. Scott was a retired major from the Air Force. Born in Pennsylvania, he moved to Central Florida in 1976. He was a member of American Legion Post 1, Veteran of Foreign Wars, Military Order of Cooties, North Brevard Shrine Club, Masonic Lodge and Voiture 954. He was a member of Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church, Titusville. Survivors: wife, Anita; sons, Jackson K. III, Gary O., both of Titusville, Randy C., Palm Coast; brother, Earl, Thorndale, Pa.; sisters, Emma M. Tracey, Doris Anderson, both of Pennsylvania, Janet M. Clavier, Dover, Del.; one grandson.
