More detail on this person: LT. CMDR. Robert H. Strand Lt. Cmdr. Robert H. Strand, 36, program manager for helicopter mine sweeping projects at the Naval Air Systems Command here, died Tuesday in Walter Reed Army Hospital of a cerebral hemorrhage. Services will be tomorrow at 1 p.m. in the Ft Myer Chapel with burial in Arlington Cemetery. The family requests expressions of sympathy be in the form of contributions to the U.S. Naval Aviation Museum Association, Naval Air Station, Pensacola, Fla.
