More detail on this person: SAVANNAH, GEORGIA - Thomas "Tom" Anthony Tindor, 63, of Savannah, Georgia and husband of Diane Susan King Tindor, died Wednesday evening, August 8, 2012, at his home and under the care of Hospice Savannah.

Born in Savannah, Georgia, he was a son of Theodore Tindor and the late Rosanne Dismukes Tindor. Tom was of the Catholic faith and a graduate of Benedictine Military School. He was a United States Army veteran having served as a helicopter pilot in the Vietnam War. Tom was an automobile salesman for M and M Motors in Hinesville. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a sister, Deborah Moreland, and a brother, Richard Tindor.

Surviving are his wife of 29 years, Diane Tindor of Savannah, Georgia; one daughter, Britney Marie Tindor of Savannah, Georgia; his father and step-mother, Theodore and Frances Tindor of Clyo, Georgia; one step-sister, Donna Jean Page, and two step-brothers, Robbie Lee and Butch Lee.

The family will receive friends from 4 until 6 o'clock Monday afternoon at Gamble Funeral Service - 410 Stephenson Avenue.
