More detail on this person: Bill Alvin Turner Bill Alvin Turner 1948 - 2011 Bill Alvin Turner, 62, of Boise, Idaho passed away March 14, 2011. A memorial service with military honors will be held at 11:00 am, on Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at Cloverdale Funeral Home, 1200 N. Cloverdale Rd. Boise. Bill was born April 17, 1948 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Bill S. Turner and Carolyn J. Seta. He joined the military and served 8 years in the Army in Vietnam. He was the former Chief of Voluntary Services for the V.A. Hospital in Boise, Idaho and he was a member of the (DAV) Disabled American Veterans. He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Phelps of Bend, OR; his previous wife, Bobetta Turner of New Port Richey, FL; his sisters, Ann Steinsieb and Debbie Morris both of Van Buren, AR; his brothers, Paul Seta of Fresno, CA and Larry Seta of Salinas, CA; and his mother, Carolyn T. Seta of Salinas, CA.
