More detail on this person: Jimmy Lee Usher passed away at his Douglasville, GA home on August 10, 2005. He was 68. Jimmy was born in Bennettsville, SC, the son of Grover and Bunch Usher. He proudly served as a Marine helicopter pilot in Vietnam in 1963 and 1965, reaching the rank of major before leaving the Marines to join Delta Airlines. Jimmy is survived by his wife Sandy Krantz Usher; son Peter Usher; mother Bunch Usher; brother Bruce Usher; and sister Nancy McEwen. Funeral services were held at Whitner-Evans Funeral Home in Bennettsville with burial at McColl Cemetery. Submitted by Sandy Usher.
