He was predeceased by his parents, Jesse and Gaynor Guy Wills. Earl is survived by his son, Jonathan W. Wills; his significant other, Jean M. Collins; many special friends including his poker and motorcycling "buddies" and neighbor, Karen Cox. A private motorcycle service will be held to honor Earl who in all of his life was a proud retired United States Army Helicopter Pilot.
