More detail on this person: Floyd Edward Wagner III, 63 PAID DEATH NOTICES Richmond Times-Dispatch (VA) - Sunday, October 9, 2005 In loving memory of Floyd Edward Wagner III, 63, of Mechanicsville, who passed away October 6, 2005. He was preceded in death by his brother, David Thomas Wagner. Survivors include daughters, Christina Scibek and husband, Geoffrey and Sherry Dudley and husband, Timothy; a sister, Patricia Johnson and husband, Lonnie; grandchildren, Lydia and Owen Scibek, and Jordan Dudley; and many close relatives and friends. He served his country in Vietnam as a captain in the U.S. Army, 7th Armored Squadron in the 17th Air Calvary as a Cobra Gunship Helicopter Pilot, receiving the Bronze Star, two Distinguished Flying Crosses and other Air Medals. The family will receive friends 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, October 10, at the Bliley Funeral Homes' Staples Mill Chapel, 8510 Staples Mill Rd. A funeral service with military honors will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, October 11, at Amelia Veterans Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
