More detail on this person: Thomas A Watts Following a 16-month struggle with brain cancer, fought with courage and dignity, Tom, age 58, passed away Sunday, August 6, 2006, at his home. Tom waged a heroic battle, which he never lost, but only ran out of time. Tom, a retired major in the U.S. Army, is survived by his wife, four children and five grandchildren. To his generous and loving friends and family, please know he loved and treasured you all. A military memorial service will be held Friday, August 11, 2006, at 10:30 a.m., at the Houston National Cemetery with a celebration of Tom's life to follow at the Watts' home from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The family requests no flowers, but would cherish expressions of shared memories of Tom in his honor.
