Born April 3, 1950 in Amarillo, Texas, he was the son of J. D. Williams and Tommie Iris Rogers Williams. Marion served in the U.S. Army as a helicopter pilot during Vietnam. Survivors include his son, Coleman Williams of Lubbock; daughter, Cassidy Ness of Cedar Park; and grandson, Cason Ness. Interment service at 1:00 p.m., Monday, December 20, 2010 at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery
