PAUL MICHAEL, USMC, RET. - age 57, of West Knoxville died Wednesday afternoon January 26, 2005 at Parkwest Hospital. He was a kind, common, gentle man and a loving father. Capt. Wright received a BS in Finance from West Virginia University and his MBA at Pepperdine University in California. For 27 years, he had been a practicing CPA in Knoxville. He served his country as a helicopter pilot off the coast of Vietnam for 6 years. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. His parents, Paul Edward and Marguerite Williams Wright, preceded him in death. He is survived by his son, Paul Joseph Wright of Knoxville sister and brother-in-law, Becky and Gordon Heins of Knoxville brothers & sisters-in-law, Gary & Pat Wright of Knoxville, Steven & Alesia Wright of Atlanta nieces & nephews, Anna, Jacob, & Alex Heins, Grace & John Wright all of Knoxville, Sydney & Lindsey Wright of Atlanta. Family and friends will meet Monday at Tennessee Veterans' Cemetery for a 9:30 A.M. graveside service with military honors presented by the Volunteer State Veterans Honor Guard. Friends may call at their convenience at Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel.
