Birmingham News (AL) - Thursday, August 6, 2009 WRIGHT, ROBERT M., 66, of Pelham, AL went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 3, 2009. He graduated from Geneva County High School in 1960, after which he went to Auburn University where he graduated with multiple degrees. He retired from Alabama Power Company after 31 years. He was a member of Lakeview Pelham's First United Methodist Church. He was an avid Auburn fan and skilled wood crafts man. He is preceded in death by his father Raymond Wright. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years Rosemary; son Jason (Christy); daughter Brandi Mast (Chris); grandchildren Lucas, Lana and Garrett Mast; mother Eunice Wright; brother Marty Wright (Sherry); sisters Angelyn Gantt (James) and Janet Mynard (Jimmy). There will be a visitation on Thursday, August 6, 2009 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM in the chapel of Southern Heritage Funeral Home. The funeral service will take place 10:00 AM in the Chapel of Southern Heritage. Internment will follow in Southern Heritage Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Lakeview Pelham's First United Methodist Church.
