More detail on this person: WO Coy G White 13 AUG 59 WO Coy G. White [P] WO Thomas L. Garner [P] SP5 James J. Agathos [CE] PFC Donald C. Chromy Kentucky 9 1 TC H-34 [Need Tail#] A/C had just departed a dam site to discharge cargo and pick up a PAX before RTB. A/C was observed to be flying straight and level at approx 125' AGL over lake, waving at people on the lake and dock when it struck two twisted steel telephone cables at approx 1345 hours over the mouth of Wolf Creek on Lake Cumberland, exploded and fell into water 400' from Alligator Dock, 8 mi east of Jamestown and sank in 60' of water.
