See 68-15677 for information on the crew who was picked up. UH-1H 68-15677 crash landed due to engine failure on a go-around from an LZ. While the crew of 68-15677 were being recovered by another Huey, an M-60 from the downed Huey accidently discharged as it was being removed by the door gunner killing the 174th AHC pilot, Peter Goodnight.
