Additional information about this casualty:
Crashed after take-off from Pakse (L-11), Laos, on 24 August 64, when piloted by Albert Sandoval, who was killed in the accident; the aircraft had climbed to approximately 400 feet at which point a slight nose up and down motion was observed; the aircraft then started a left turn descending and went approximately 380 degrees before hitting the ground.
