Additional information about this casualty:
Death occurred while participating in a SEATO exercise; nothing to do with Vietnam operations. Really should not be on the Wall. There were also seven Thais killed in the crash. CPT Santos was assigned to JUSMAG and was acting as an adviser to the Royal Thai Air Force when the Thai helicopter lost power on take off and crashed in nearby jungle.
