The helicopter Crashed. Aircraft Destroyed.
Both mission and flight capability were terminated.

War Story:
Either aircraft 64-13836 or 64-13840 was laced with 51 cal machine gun fire. Hooker was wounded by the shattered windshield. Chellis was wounded by 51 cal going through armored seat. Anderson was hit in the groin and bled to death. While supporting 327 Inf 101 ABN. from John Hastings July 1997.
