Systems damaged were: ELECTRICAL SYS, ENGINE, HYDRAULIC SYS, TRANSMISSION, FUEL SYS, PERSONNEL, MAIN ROTOR SYS
Casualties = 01 KIA, 02 WIA . .
Aircraft was capable of one time flight.
The aircraft was diverted or delayed after completing some mission objectives.

War Story:
Per HMM-262 CmdChron their incident resuted in "substantial damage to the aircraft, two WIAs and one fatality." The descriptions of the incidents match - CmdChron & VHPA both say "On 06 Mar a Marine CH-46D went into a hot p/u zone on a rescue mission, got all shot up, had one killed and two wounded."
