07/25/70, Sp4 Salvador Leal, Jr., CE on AH1-G. Unit was: B Co (Aero Scouts), 123 Avn Bn, 23 Inf (Americal), killed by AH-1G rockets launched during startup due to defective armament system, (A/C 67-15829 ??).
