Accident Summary:

 AIRCRAFT SHORTLY AFTER TAKE-OFF FROM FIELD LOCATION AND CLIMBING TO APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET AND 60 KNOTS. THE PILOT RADIOED THE AIRCRAFT WAS EXPERIENCING AN ENGINE FAILURE AND EXECUTED A 180 DEGREE TURN RETURN TO THE TAKE OFF LOCATION DOWN WIND. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED WITH FORWARD SPEED. UPON INPACT THE SKIDS STUCK IN THE MUD CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT TO TURN END OVER END AND BURST INTO FLAMES. THE AIRCRAFT WAS DESTROYED BY THE CRASH FIRE.\\
