Accident Summary:
THE AIRCRAFT WAS POSITIONED ON A SLOPE WITH ONE SKID ON THE GOUND. THE INFANTRY OBSERVER FOR THE MISSION WALKED TOWARD THE AIRCRAFT FROM THE UPSLOPE SIDE. THE PILOT SIGNALED FOR HIM TO STOP BUT HE DID NOT & BEFORE THE PILOT COULD RAISE THE AIRCRAFT OFF THE SLOPE, THE MAN HAD BEEN STRUCK IN THE HEAD BY THE MAIN ROTOR SYSTEM.\\
