Attack on Hiep Duc information

Description: On the evening of the 17th, the 1st VC Regiment, obviously recovered or refited from the beating received in STARLITE, attacked the ARVN outpost at Hiep Duc with all three of its battaltions, the 60th, 80th, and 90th. The district capital was defended by a Regional Force garrison that reported the 174 of the 433 defenders missing and 315 weapons lost.
