Description: The 155th Aviation Company unit history states: "A UH-1D commanded by WO Michael N. Coryell and piloted by WO Wilmer J. Willingham was shot down while on a resupply mission for an element of the 25th Infantry near Plei Djereng. Crashing to the ground in flames, the aircraft had no survivors. Also perishing in the aircraft were the crew chief, PFC James Walker and the gunner, SP4 John W. Wood."
