Description: The 155th Aviation Company unit history states they conducted a combat assault, inserting 600 CIDG personnel into an LZ west of Bao Loc. A lifetime member of the 155th, UH-1D 64-13600, crashed into the LZ on the first lift and although there were no injuries sustained by the crew, the aircraft was totally destroyed. This was the last of the original aircraft that came over with the unit in 1965.
