Location, Rach Kien
Description: As part of ENTERPRISE, the 3rd Brigade, 9th Inf Div was involved in a three day battle just outside their base camp at Rach Kien. Initially the 3/39th Inf made contact with the 506th VC Bn during an air assault. The 2/10 ARVN Cav and two Bns from the 60th Inf also joined this battle.
