Long Khanh Province, III Corps, South Vietnam
Location, Base Area 303
Description: The 1st Brigade, 9th Inf Div with two of its infantry battalions and the 3d Squadron, 11th ACR conducted this search and destroy operation in Base Area 303 and the May Tao Secret Zone. The 274th VC Regt was the primary enemy unit involved and would loose 14 KIAs plus 1 POW against no U.S. casualties.
