Location, Phan Thiet
Description: As part of KLAMATH FALLS, the ARVN logistics command ran a 131 vehicle convoy from Nha Trang to Phan Thiet and back on QL-1 while the 1st Bde, 101st Abn and TF 2/7th Cav, 1st Cav provided security. This was the first successful ARVN convoy to move along this route since 1961.
