Description: The following is an edited version from the weekly Vietnam Communique column in the 6 Jan 1968 issue.
Christmas Truce Violations - During the Free World Forces 24-hour Christmas truce, 110 enemy incidents were reported. Forty of these violations were reported as major incidents. Two U.S. soldiers were killed and 24 wounded during the 24-hour period.
