Description: The 282nd AHC unit history reported the ALLEYCATS reached a milestone in their history. A light fire team on a medevac was informed of enemy troops in a village about 20 miles southeast of Da Nang. The team attacked the target area and later 13 enemy killed were confirmed. This put the total enemy KBA since the inception of the platoon in April 1967 at over 2,000.
