Description: The Command Chronology states that HMM-364 flew 100 sorites for 30.5 flight hours, lifting 15.2 tons of cargo and 161 troops/passengers and expended 950 rounds of .50 caliber ordnance. 14 medevac missions carried 15 emergency, 6 priority and 3 routine evacuees in support of the following operations and units: 1st Mar Div, and MAG-16. Seven fire incidents were reported with YK-2 receiving 1 hit, YK-4 several hits, and YK-5 being shot down with 3 KIAs and 3WIAs.
