In the early morning hours of Feb. 20, an artillery element of IIFFV in a defensive position 18 miles northwest of Phu Cuong in Binh Duong Province of Military Region 2 received fewer than 10 rounds of 60mm mortar fire resulting in light casualties with no fatalities and no materiel damage.
