Additional information about this casualty:
 I think he was flying as a crew chief. The incidence occurred early in the morning of 26 Mar '69. They were loading on to the truck to take them to the Hooks. Some gunner set a M-16 down and it discharged into him. He died a short time later. From: Wade Baker wbaker@gulftel.com
