Mr. Atkinson was preceded in death by his parents, Francis Earl and Lora Mae Atkinson. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Linda Atkinson; daughter, Rachel Atkinson (Aaron); two sons, Thomas Atkinson and Andrew Atkinson (Rebecca); seven grandchildren, Michael Atkinson, Morgan Atkinson, Jacob Atkinson, Kara Atkinson, Gabriel Atkinson, Claire Atkinson and Elizabeth Irvin; three sisters, Sylvia Atkinson, Brenda Coblentz and Betty Huseman(Dale); brother, Philip Atkinson (Carol); his loving cat and supervisor, Kirby; extended family and friends.
