Horace A. Andrews, 86, dies on Sunday, April 14, 2019. He was born in Plant City, Florida and was a retired Circuit Court Judge. Horace also served in the US Army as a pilot for single engine and Bell helicopters. He is a member of the Seminole 1st. Baptist Church. He was also a member and past president of the Gideon's International of Florida and the St. Petersburg Florida Bar Assoc. Horace was preceded in death by his parents Otis and Lena Andrews and brother Melvin Andrews. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Joan; sons Allan (Mary Lou) and Ashley (Janice); grandsons Ace (Tonie), Alex, Joshua, and sister Priscilla; and nieces and nephews. Donations may be made to The Gideon's International or Seminole First Baptist Church. Flowers are not requested due to Military burial.
