More detail on this person: Drowning while on vacation in Mexico.I worked with Theodore (Ted) Abellera at a flight school owned and operated by Vietnam Veterans Tim Tucker and Steve Egger. Ted died in 1984 by drowning while on vacation in Mexico. Ted was a great pilot and served as my mentor when I was just starting out as a flight instructor.
