More detail on this person: CH-47A accident during training at Ft. Rucker with IP C.B. Chrobak.CH-47A 61-02425 was on take-off when, at about 200' AGL, the aft blades went to full pitch which caused the aft pylon to climb, flipping the A/C over to an inverted position on Ft. Rucker.
