More detail on this person: I have been worried and bothered for the last few weeks when I found
Jack's telephone number disconnected! Several internet searches finally turned this up. Jack and I
were in the same flight class in 1967, WOC 67-05 at Fort Rucker, Alabama. We did not know each
other then, nor in Vietnam, but became best of friends 30+ years later when Jack found the island of
St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands where I was hiding from life. I shall miss my Good Fellow and
Good Friend, he was a very Good Man and worked as hard as he could to be a good father and provider
for his family. We shared good times and good stories as he puffed away on his always present
cigar. We drank beer and laughed at each other as we watched sunsets. He was an active Life
Member of the VHPA (Vietnam Helicopter Pilots Association). He flew with the 119 AHC in 1967 and
1968 and did a second tour of Duty with the 180 ASHC, ending in 1969. He then worked at NWC,
China Lake, California and returned to Trona about 2002 after living a few years here in St. Croix.
Jack, I am going to miss you my friend! Max Mizejewski This information was last updated 05/18/2016
