More detail on this person: Richard Wayne Bailey, 55, died Monday, Nov. 7, 2005, at New Smyrna Beach, Fla.

Born in Greenville, S.C., he lived in Texas, North Carolina and Florida, where he was a helicopter pilot.

He was a Baptist.

He is survived by two children, David R. Bailey of Pearland, Texas, and Amy Lynn Bailey of Cary, N.C.; his parents, Clarence W. and Lillie Mae Barbare Bailey of New Smyrna Beach, Fla.; a sister, Juanita Nabors, of Irmo, S.C.; and a grandmother, Fannie Mae Bailey of Greenville, S.C.

Richard's parents will be staying with a sister, Thelma Mahaffey, on 123 Covington Road, Greenville, S.C.

Graveside services will be held Friday, Nov. 11, 2005, at noon in the chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park.

Visitation one hour prior to the service in Woodlawn Funeral Home, Greenville.
