Butler, Col, US Army Retired, is survived by his wife, Jo Butler; daughters, Carolyn Butler, Barbara Marshall, Katherine Jourdan (Donald); his grandchildren, Jason Marshall, Nina Jourdan and a host of other relatives and many friends. The family will receive friends at the Harvest Assembly Baptist Church, 8008 Fordson Rd, Alexandria VA 22306 on Saturday, July 24, 2021 from 9 a.m. until time of service at 12 noon, Rev William H. Lamar, IV officiating. Omega Psi Phi, Inc memorial service at 10:30 a.m. Interment in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. Professional services entrusted to Greene Funeral Home, Inc.
