More detail on this person: Robert Dean Bivens, 69, of El Paso died Thursday (June 15, 2000). Services will be at a later date. Survivors include his wife, Patsy his sons, Robert W. Bivens and Gary Bivens his daughter, Dana Byington two brothers seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was a chief warrant officer and a decorated Army veteran of the Vietnam and Korean wars. Arrangements are by Martin Funeral Home-Montana.
