More detail on this person: Lawrence "Larry" W. Brumm, 73, of Petersburg, died at 3:00 am, Sunday, August 26, 2018, at Memorial Medical Center. He was born November 11, 1944 in Minneapolis, MN to Lawrence E. and Doris V. (Smiley) Brumm. He married Nora A. Estes on December 21, 2000 and she survives. Also surviving are one son, Lawrence E. (Monica Lynn) Brumm of Sweetwater, IL; two grandchildren, Trysta Lynn Brumm and Tyler D. Snyder; three step-children, Jitonda Estes of Springfield, Jeramiah Estes of Georgia and Joshua Estes of Vienna, IL and several step-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and one step-daughter, Jessica Estes. Larry was a United States Army veteran serving during the Vietnam War as an Army helicopter pilot. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, reloading and archery. He was an avid outdoorsman and a Green Bay Packers fan.
