More detail on this person: It is my sad duty to inform you LTC (Ret) Richard R. (Dick) Bailey, 82, husband of Ida Bailey, died Monday, March 31, 2008. A memorial Service will be held at 1P.M. Saturday, April 5, at Fort Eustis Transportation Corps Regimental Memorial Chapel with family receiving friends 30 minutes before the service. Arrangements are by Weymouth Funeral Home.
