More detail on this person: Maj. Fred E. Bailey - Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Sinnett Funeral Home Spencer, with the Rev. Carl Dodrill officiating. Burial will be in Eventide Cemetery, Spencer. Friends may call at the funeral home after 9 a.m. Friday. Maj. Bailey, 33, of Spencer died Saturday in South Korea of injuries suffered in a motocycle accident Nov. 6.
