Paul was retired as a Captain from the U.S. Army and had served in Korea, Viet Nam and in Air Defense. He was a member of the First Spiritualist Church. Survivors include his wife Carol A. Bailey, two children: Jay F. Bailey and Lynne M. (David) Fitzgibbons, two step children: Kevin K. (Bridgette) Kutzke and Karen K. Kutzke, eight grandchildren, a sister Francis Gildroy and four brothers: Leo Bailey, Robert (Judy) Bailey, Raleigh (Francis) Bailey and Warren (Pauline) Bailey. Funeral service will be held on Thursday at 4 p.m. at Penzien-Steele Funeral Home. The Rev. Laura McLachlan will officiate. Memorial tributes may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 12 noon until service time.
